Allocating Subjects to Grades
General
Once the different
Subjects
have been
setup,
the
Grade Subject
allocation
needs to be done.
This is the process where the
specific Subjects
that are available for a
Grade
are allocated.
Top
Select Subject
The
Subject
that must be
Allocated
is selected by
Left Clicking
on the
Subject
in the
list
. The line in the list will turn
Blue,
indicating that this is the
Active Subject.
For this example
Afrikaans 2nd Language
was
selected
.
Top
Edit Subject
Select the
Subject
Edit Menu Option (
)
. When this is done the user will be able to
Edit
the
Subject
.
The allocation is done by
Left Clicking
on the
Check Box
next to the specific subject.
Unselect
a
subject
by
Left Clicking
on the
Check Box
next to the specific subject.
The user can now
Update
the
Subject
Allocation
by selecting the
Update
button
(
)
.
The
Notification Screen
below will be displayed, indicating that the
Subject
Allocation
was
saved
successfully
.
Left Click
on the
OK
button to acknowledge the
Notification
.
The user can
Cancel
the
Edit Option
by selecting the
Cancel
button
(
)
.

Subject Scroll Bar
Because of physical screen restriction,
not all
the
Subjects
might be
visible
to the user.
The
Subjects
that are
not visible,
can be viewed by making use of the scroll bar
.
