Allocation and Utilization Validation

7. Allocation and Utilization Validation
The Allocation screen performs various calculations and validations while the user is performing operations on the screen.
 
Allocation and utilization values are calculated. These values are validated for the classes, educators, and rooms.
 
Over utilization occurs when class-, educator-, or room utilization values are above 100%.
 
    Utilization values may not exceed 100%.
 
    For this example Educator it can be seen that the utilization for Educator HC is above 100% for All CLASSES.
 
This should be addressed before the user attempts to generate a Timetable. Should this not be addressed this will create and Error when generating the timetable.
