The user can De-Activate All unplaced Subject Activities.
Note: De-Activated activitieswill not be placed when the Timetable is Generated.
De-Activating All Activities is done as follows:
(i) It can be seen that AllActivities are currently Active ().
Select the one of the unplaced Activities in the Activity List by Left Clicking on the Activity in the Subject Activities List. The selected Activity line will turn BLUE indicating that this activity has been selected.
Right Click on the Activity in the Subject Activities List. The popup menu below will be displayed.
(ii) Select the De-Activate All option by Left Clicking on it.
(iii) The Active () tick-mark will be removed from all Activities, indicating that All the Subject Activities have been deactivated.
