To
delete
a
Grade
from the list:
(i) Select
the relevant
Grade
in the list by
Left Clicking
on the
Grade
.
(ii) The line in the list will turn
Blue,
indicating that this is the
Active Grade
.
(iii) The
Grade
can now be
Deleted
by
Left Clicking
on the
Delete
button
(

.
(iv) The
Confirmation
screen
below will then be displayed.
(v) The
Delete
action can be
Cancelled
by
Left Clicking
on the
Cancel
button (
).
(vii) Should the user
Left Click
on the
OK
button
(
)
. The
Grade
will be
removed
from the system.
