The user can De-Activate an unplaced Subject Activity.
Note: De-Activated activitieswill not be placed when the Timetable is Generated.
De-Activating an Activity is done as follows:
(i) It can be seen that the Activity is currently Active ().
Select the unplaced Activity to deactivate by Left Clicking on the Activity in the Subject Activities List. The selected Activity line will turn BLUE indicating that this activity has been selected.
Right Click on the Activity in the Subject Activities List. The popup menu below will be displayed.
(ii) Select the De-Activate Item option by Left Clicking on it.
(iii) The Active () tick-mark will be removed , indicating that the Subject Activity has been deactivated.
