The user can Unlock all placed Subject Activities that have been locked into positions in the current view.
Unlocking All Activities for the current view is done as follows:
(i) Select any Activity in the current view by Right Clicking on the Activity in the Timetable. The popup menu below will be displayed.
(ii) Select the Un-Lock All option by Left Clicking on it.
(iii) For this example all Activities were Un-Locked for Grade 7A. As can be seen a (U) is displayed as part of the the Activity description indicating that an
activity has been Un-locked in a specific Time slot.
