Select the BuildingEdit Menu Option. The user selects the Building that needs to be Edited by Left Clicking on the building in the list. The line in the list will turn Blue, indicating that this is the Active Building. The Building is now Edited by selecting the Edit button (). When this is done the user will be able to Edit the Building Code and the Description.
The user can now Update the Building information by selecting the Update button (). The user can Cancel the Edit Option by selecting the Cancel button ().
When the Update button () is selected the Notification Screen below will be displayed, indicating that the Building Information was savedsuccessfully.
Left Click on the OK button () to acknowledge the Notification.
When an user is Editing any of the fields, the value of the fields can be restored to the initial value before the change was made by Left Clicking on the Cancel button ().
