Buildings and Rooms

1. Buildings and Rooms
 
This screen is used to setup the Buildings and Rooms information that will be used during the creation of the timetable.
          Note:     The Edit, Update, Cancel and Delete buttons ()
          are greyed out (Inactive) and are not available for use.
 
These buttons will become active when:
 
(i)     The user Left Click on an existing Building or Room
(ii)     The user change existing information
(iii)     The user enters new information.

Add a New Building

To Add a New Building select the New Menu Option. Refer to Add New Building.

Edit Building

Display Rooms

When the Buildings and Rooms Page is opened for the first time no Buildings will be displayed.
