The user can lock all placed Subject Activities in positions for the current view.
Note: Locked activities are fixed in place and will not be repositioned when the Timetable is Generated.
Locking All Activity into place for the current view is done as follows:
(i) Select any Activity in the current view by Right Clicking on the Activity in the Timetable. The popup menu below will be displayed.
(ii) Select the Lock All optionby Left Clicking on it.
(iii) For this example all Activities were Locked for Grade 7A. As can be seen a (L) is displayed as part of the the Activity description indicating that an activity
has been locked in a specific Time slot.
Note: All Manually Placed Subject Activities are locked into place by default.
