Delete Room

 

The Rooms in a specific Building can be Deleted.

 

A Room is Deleted by selecting the Expand button to the Left of the Room Code. When this is done the list of Rooms that have been Created for the Building will be Displayed.

 

 

 

The Room that must be Deleted is selected by Left Clicking on the Room in the list. The line in the list will turn Blue, indicating that this is the Active Room. For this example Room 2 was selected.

 

 

 

To delete a Room from the list:

 

(i)     Select the relevant Room in the list by Left Clicking on the Grade.

(ii)     The line in the list will turn Blue, indicating that this is the Room Class.

(iii)     The Room can now be Deleted by Left Clicking on the Delete button ().

(iv)     The Confirmation screen below will then be displayed.

 

 

(v)     The Delete action can be Cancelled by Left Clicking on the Cancel button ().

(vii)     Should the user Left Click on the OK button (). The Room will be removed from the system.
