Edit Room

 

The Rooms in a specific Building can be Edited.

 

A Room is Edited by selecting the Expand button to the Left of the Building Code. When this is done the list of Rooms that have been Created for the Building will be Displayed.

 

 

The Room that must be Edited is selected by Left Clicking on the Room in the list. The line in the list will turn Blue, indicating that this is the Active Room. For this example Room 2 was selected.

 

 

 

 

Select the Room  Edit Menu Option (). When this is done the user will be able to Edit the Building Code, Description, and the Capacity.

 

 

The user can now Update the Room information by selecting the Update button ().

 

 

 

The Notification Screen below will be displayed, indicating that the Rooms Information was saved successfully.

 

 

Left Click on the OK button to acknowledge the Notification.    

 

The user can Cancel the Edit Option by selecting the Cancel button ().
